Troubleshooting Sync

2. Check Permission: When connecting, make sure to check the checkbox to authorize Google Drive file access.
3. Clear Cache / Force Reload: If the error message is still generic, force reload Safari/Chrome or re-add the app to your Home Screen to get version v6.
